LG problems with TVAPP-00148

For the last 3 weeks I have an extremely hard time getting CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX and the CW which is WGN in the Chicago area. I have tried all the usual of turning off, unplugging, software update, app deleting and reinstalling and no luck.

This is an LG purchased 12/21 and was working before. All the other apps load fine, it is just on Xfinity and these 5 stations.

The error code is TVAPP-00148.

Also I am directly on ethernet and not wifi.

I guess there aren't any Xfinity employees who monitor this site. After 24 hours there has not been any response from them as to what to do or not do.

I was hoping to get some advice.
