Left menu on my Xfinity Stream app
How do I get my left menu, with my guide favorites, back on Xfinity stream. I have a brand new Samsung smart tv. When I first downloaded the app, I was able to find everything the same way I am on my other televisions. It appears an update occurred, which changed the layout of the home screen and now I cannot find the left menu, which includes my favorite channels. How do I get it back.

Hey there, @user_qsb8vy, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity Stream app! I can understand how frustrating it would be to have the familiar menu and Favorites suddenly disappear after an update, especially when your other TVs still show them. Since the layout changed on your Samsung TV, have you tried signing out of the Xfinity Stream app completely, restarting the TV, and signing back in to see if the Guide and Favorites options return?
