H&I no longer available

Was watching H&I all morning on 698 when in the middle of Lethal Weapons the screen went dark then switched to a Vietnam program. I cannot get back to H&I. Why?

ABHTV had taken over the KTLN San Francisco station 25/698.

Yeah, I usually watch Star Trek and was surprised when I saw some Vietnamese program for kids.

Looks like the frequency was taken over.

Looks like they fixed the issue. Earlier this morning, it was still Vietnamese programming. Now it's showing "Have Gun, Will Travel."

Why did the H&I channel suddenly vanish to be replaced by Univision??? 
I’ve talked to 2 different employees thus far who can find NOTHING as to what’s going on or what happened to the Hero’s & Icon Channel. 
They agreed with me when I said it is as though this channel on xfinity never existed to begin with. 

I absolutely loved this channel for the back to back different Star Trek series it played !!!

Hi, @user_2j4gf8. The channel changes can happen for a few reasons. It can be the network decided to change courses or perhaps a contract renewal expired for example. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-programming-contract-renewals explains a bit more about how some of this can work. I don't have details regarding the changes to be upfront, but we can provide updates as we get them. Thanks for your time.

As of yesterday, 12/31/23 H&I was no longer running the programs I've come to rely on. Today, it was Spanish religious programs. All I know is Xfinity keeps taking away the channels I like to watch and I'm left wondering why I'm paying so much for so little. My kids keep telling me to cut the cord and I'm am so so close now!

I just noticed I don’t have H&I when I wanted to watch Nash? What’s happened? I like Nash and Lethal Weapon I watch every week!

When any changes like that are made, you should receive a notification and will also show on the previous month's bill. Checking my service, I still have it so it just may be an issue in your area. When you get a chance, can you send a direct message so I can take a deeper look?

I have the same comment. I watch Star Trek Voyager every night. Sometimes I watch

 Enterprise and DS9, but mostly Voyager and I was very disappointed when I turned to the channel and it was Univision. It seems like this is a thing. I know that I can watch these shows on streaming, and yes I do have Paramount Plus, but it is just a part of my nightly routine to watch it on cable.

Look, Xfinity has been dodging this question for quite a while now and, instead of answering it, has at best suggested that a rate decrease might be available.  

I'd like the question answered directly.  The H&I channel was very popular with a lot of your viewers, and suddenly was removed without notice.  

WILL xFinity try to bring back H&I, yes or no?

With the new higher fees why in the world would Xfinity drop one of the favorite channels like H&I, then replace it with some spanish channel that is of no use to me? I hope they get it figured out because I am looking at other network providers where I can get these channels we watch.

Concast is slowly taking away good channels and replacing them with unwatchable ones and without notic or compensation by lowering their bill. Getting any answers from Concast is nearly impossible when their auto system keeps wanting to do the 10 minute modem check. The least Concast can do is refund the monthly charge for their cable boxes and bring back H&I along with Inspiration. Concast is like century link, nickle and dimeing for every little bit and since Concast is not regulated by the state they get away with it.

Check over the air in your area at H & I website. I found it in my area and switched to input 2 with a set of rabbit ears to watch H & I
