My HBO Max subscription shows Active on xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and in StreamSaver, but Max.com does not recognize my entitlement when signing in via TV provider. I have never had a direct Max subscription. Please refresh/reset my HBO Max entitlement on the backend

Hey @user_33jcqi, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We can most certainly help assist with the activation of the HBO Max streaming subscription. Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads-up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you.
We do not have a way to refresh the entitlement, but can help go through a few steps to see if we can help you get the service activated. On the Xfinity StreamStore, does it show that you currently have HBO Max activated, pending activation, or not subscribed?
