Hallmark Now app

I have Hallmark via Xfinity.

I subscribed to Hallmark Now, but there is no app to download or way to find it.  I have to search Hallmark Now everytime to find it.

Any suggestions?

Yes, I am using the box to try and access Hallmark Now.  (sorry they have a 20 character min, so a “yes” was not an option.  LOL

user_huckleberry  You would be able to access the Hallmark Movies Now app through the app section on the X1 platform. Are you able to see the app in your apps section?

Yes, I do see the app.  It tells me to subscribe & get a 7-day free trial.  I of course already subscribe, so …..

I will figure it out from here, I think it is just not a user-friendly app.
