Gettingf TV-APP 00249 error message onm my Phone 16.

Getting TV-APP 00249 error message on my Phone 16. Started happening on my old iPhone 12 two weeks . I have deleted the stream app and reinstalled it multiple times. We seldom have two streams going at the same time. Never more than that. Also cleared my iphone cache

user_hplfrk Thanks for reaching out! Are you getting the error when trying to access the Xfinity Stream app, or when trying to watch a particular network?

Any and all program either why the 02249 error message or something like that”something went wrong” with sometimes “but program available on on-demand “

in short I can’t stream Xfinity on my iPhone

No errors on my laptops, I usae X-stream all the time there. This was not a problem on iPhone until the last three weeks, I used previously on my now-gone iPhone 12 until mid February

My IOS is up date on my iPhone 16 and wa on my 12 as well, and I do automatic updates
