firestick not loading

The Xfinity Stream app doesn't appear on my Firestick. When I search, typing 'X' brings up Xfinity Stream as the first option. However, clicking on it just takes me back to the list of apps, and the Xfinity app isn't listed among them. Because of this, I can't select or download the app.
