Favorites
When I go to live tv I would like to default to favorites. When I press the * button I get a choice for default, but there is no option in filter preferences to select favorites. Frustrating. Any fix or work around?

Hello @user_cjj85r, I appreciate a good question from newer customers! At this time there is not an option to change channel lineup whilst channel surfing, but I am working on getting this suggestion over to our product team.
You can change your default guide view temporarily or permanently to your filter preference by following the steps in the article below. Please let me know if this is what you were referring to.

I have tried many times setting favorites as my guide selection as well as in general preferences. But the next time I turn on cable I no longer have favorites selected in the guide. I have to go back into the guide and reset it to favorites. Very frustrating. So how do I make the guide stay as favorites? I need another fix because what you suggest does not work.
