espn unlimited

I have an active subscription to ESPN Unlimited. I cannot access it. I can use the voice remote to get to ESPN, but when select an event I get a variety of error messages. i have communicated via chat as well as elevated level technical support to no avail.

I would appreciate some help with this. Thank you.
