We get why that’s confusing. Seeing ESPN channels work but not being able to access ESPN+ (what you’re calling ESPN Unlimited) can feel like something’s broken, but they’re actually two different things.
The ESPN channels you’re watching through your TV package are part of your cable lineup. ESPN+ is a separate streaming service that requires its own activation, even if it’s included with your plan.
A couple things to check:
First, make sure you’re signing in through the ESPN app or website using your Xfinity credentials and selecting Xfinity as your TV provider. If you’re not signed in correctly, ESPN+ content won’t unlock.
Second, try logging out of the ESPN app and signing back in. Sometimes it just needs a fresh authentication to recognize that your plan includes access.
Third, confirm that ESPN+ is actually included in your specific package. Not all plans include it automatically, even if you get the regular ESPN channels.

I am having the same issue. I have spent many days / hours with support. Most recent ticket was CR253284726. It is clear that ESPN app does not link to Xfinity. It does say on Xfinity that my ESPN Unlimited is active but I cannot get ESPN+. Not sure why the enroll process can't be done again to ensure the link is established.
