Error when trying to view local channel on in-home WiFi

Home on the wifi network from XFINITY's , yes the XFINTY's provided cable modem/router that serves our television.

I have a laptop im trying to get a local channel through a browser, (note, same in home wifi network confirmed by same ISP hardware) gives a notice that i have to be on my in home wifi network, then i start reading for the solution and all i see are humans being responded to by Robots.  Are we already in the MARIX???????????         Connect to in-home WiFi to watch.     I am on my F^&*() in home WIFI you J$%^&*$ robot
