I am getting this error and am not able to stream Xfinity on the TV using Roku

Hey @user_2pj1i5, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Have you noticed if it is happening on any of your other devices or is just the Roku? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
