How long have you noticed this error message with your equipment? Also, have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far using the Xfinity Support site?
Same issue here, the browsing and live tv menus are all accessible and show up to date programming, but nothing will actually stream. I’ve gone to the device care option via settings and cleared my Samsung TV cache. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve tried the holding power button until it shuts off, shows the Samsung icon and comes back. I’ve unplugged the TV, I’ve ensured there is internet connectivity and nothing works.
