Hello @user_etfzg8, thanks for reaching out for help. 

To better assist, we will need some additional information on the error you are getting. Is this on a TV box, or via the Xfinity stream app? If the Stream App, what type of device are you using to stream from, and have you tested multiple devices to see if the error is consistent across more than one type of device?
