Error code when I sign into my LG TV app

I just purchased an LG OLED TV and the downloaded Xfinity app comes up with an error code TVAPP-00195 and stated the package is not yet available on the device.  I have removed the app and reloaded it and still get the same message.  Xfinity stream app is working fine on my IPAD.  What should I do next?

We want to ensure the app is working for you so you can watch all of your favorite programs! Have you tried doing a reset on your modem to see if that helps with the app working on your TV?
