error code tvapp-00116

Running xfinity stream app on my roku device and it has been working. there was a service outage in my area and now all I get is this error code and retry does not help. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but nothing has changed.

Hi there, @user_w2ocj7! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. In many cases resetting the power for the existing X1 boxes and modem in the home clear this issue. Are you able to give that a try?
