Download tab not working

On the Xfinity stream app, I can download, watch, return…but the downloads tab/page is not working.  It’s dead, blank.  My downloads aren’t in the phone but not on the downloads page.  So, I can watch downloaded shows from the ‘recordings’ tab.  HOWEVER, the ‘recordings’ page/tab goes dark when I'm

offline (as it should)…but the downloads tab is dead.  So I can’t watch anything when I’m offline.  Help!

Hi @user_qs3tid wanted to follow up and see if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried any troubleshooting so far?

yes.  I done the forced close of the app.  No impact.  Then I fully rebooted the phone.  no change. Thanks for your help.

I'm using an iphone 17.  everything else is working great.  even the xfinity stream app works fine...except the downloads page.  i can watch live tv...recorded shows.  if i start a downloaded show on the ground...then take off, I can finished the show on the flight.  But...I cant watch another downloaded show bc the downloads page doesn't have any content even though i have downloaded things...and i can see them on the recordings page when I'm connected to wifi.

Thanks for confirming those details. I am not showing any known issues impacting the downloads. Have you made sure the app and your device are up-to-date on the latest version?
