Disney+ Hulu and ESPN Select included with WIFI Bundle

For weeks now I have been contacting Xfinity as we updated our Xfinity package and we were 'told' Disney+, Hulu, & ESPN Unlimited/Select were now included. I followed ALL the instructions to activate the streaming services, cancelled my direct subscription to Disney+/Hulu/ESPN Select for the savings as I was 'told' I had with the new Wi-Fi bundle. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET ON THE Channels. Yesterday was almost a 3-hour call trying to fix even with a rep from Xfinity AND Disney on the line. The Disney side indicates Xfinity did not activate my subscriptions and Xfinity says it is something else.

We had a very important college Senior Day softball game to watch on ESPN+ yesterday so finally I reinstated my direct personal subscription to all three. I would like a refund or some form of compensation from Xfinity for all the troubles and still cannot get on the channels through Xfinity, not on TV's, Phones nor Tablets.  So now I am paying $49 a month direct to Disney+ and supposedly get with Xfinity but NO ONE CAN FIX.

I truly feel Xfinity makes everything so difficult, so they do not have to honor their commitments. I fully intended to bring this to the attention of the FCC, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau & State of Connecticut.

user_7lf71u Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and for taking the time out of your day to contact us. I am happy to work with you to help with your subcription concerns to make sure you are getting the services you signed up for. To get started can you send us your complete name and service address over DM?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
