Disney+ Hulu activation

I signed up for Xfinity wifi & a streaming package last week. Was able to activate most of the services easily. But couldn't get Disney+ and Hulu to activate. I have been to 2 Xfinity stores & they couldn't get it to work. Then today I called customer service & after several attempts they finally tell me that there's an outage issue with Xfinity, Disney+ Hulu. What the heck? So I signed up for a service that I can only partially use? And I'm just supposed to wait around until they fix it??? Had I known that I would have gone with someone else.
