disney hulu activation issue - called 5 times no resolution

Disney Hulu included in the 1Gig plan. Have the activate button. Clicking it takes to a Disney page saying you are activating a 3rd party subscription. When i click, it opens a Disney help page with the Xfinity page back to the activate page. nothing happens. Called support 5 times no resolution. they directed me to go to a Xfinity store and they can't do anything either. Help.

Still have not been able to activate. I’ve called support 5 times. Talked directly to Disney. Went to an Xfinity store. No one knows what to do.

user_zjuk8i Thank you for the update. I'd be happy to get you in the right direction for getting your activation completed. Please send us a Direct Message with your name and service address. 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

Same problem for over 2 weeks. I am paying for it but cant get it to activate. The page that the activation button takes you too says now hit "activate Disney +" and you will be taking to their site to finish but that button does not work. I have called 4 times and chatted about it at least 5 times not resolution at all.
