Disney+ and Hulu Won't Activate

Disney+ and Hulu are supposed to be included.  When I hit the activate button it sends me to Disney+ who then says "You are attempting to activate an offer for a subscription through a third party partner." and sends me back to Xfinity.  How do I get around this to activate Disney+ and Hulu?

I've tried calling Xfinity's customer service who sent me into a store who sent me to Disney who sent me back to Xfinity.  Everyone just keeps sending me in circles to get this activated and it's been close to 2 months already.

This is a real problem, I have been "subscribed" for over 6 weeks and it has been a combination of "activate" button won't work; I try multiple devices: laptop with different browsers, phone, tablet, just about everything you can think of. Clear the cache, and the activate button still doesn't work. Then, there was a period of time the button finally did work, and I got similar message as this person ("You are attempting to activate an offer for a subscription through a third party partner."). No one at Disney really knew exactly what the underlying cause was either.

The length of time these problems have persisted, either separately - so even if some of it is completely a Disney problem to solve from a technical standpoint - or together - which I would think there is at least some financial incentive for Xfinity to push-back on Disney to stay on top of this - is just entirely too long and unacceptable

Please, please fix this ASAP as this seems to be an ongoing issue

Thank you for reaching out to our team. I will be happy to look further into that from here. Did you receive an activation email, or are you trying to activate that through the https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions site?

I do not recall seeing any activation email either through my legacy Comcast email nor through the original email previously linked to my Disney+ subscription. There is an activation link through one of my Xfinity account pages that is not functioning at the moment

This whole bundle thing is a mess! Way back when I chose the 2 GIG plan cause I am a gamer for @130 a month.  I recently found out that the 2 gig plan I was already on, now includes a ESPN, Disney and Hulu but does not apply to me since the bundle was added to the package AFTER I purchased it.  I'm in what Xfinity calls a legacy system and cannot get the bundle (even though I'm paying the advertised $130) unless I pay and extra $30 a month to upgrade to the bundle.  The bundle is only $11.99!!!!  [Edited: "Profanity"]

Hey there user_8gboeu 👋 We'd love for you to be able to take advantage of our Disney+ benefit, and while you are correct that our older legacy packages would not qualify for this, we can always review what packages are available to make sure you're getting it at the best rate possible 👍
