I have been trying to answer to same question. 4 xfinity online experts can't do it. The 4th, after talking to top tech person says it is not possible. She said only way was to close account then reopen!! Does anyone know how to delete a movie under purchases??

I’d like to know why COMCAST IS DELETING MY PURCHASES!!!???? I’ve purchased 299 movies in the last 5 years & lost 104 movies that Comcast has deleted! WHY COMCAST??? WHY? None of your employees in the billing department or technical department can tell me why this keeps happening! It’s the third time in 5 years! I’ve had to repurchase 2-3 times the same movie then they refund me & remove the movie from my account! Robbery is what they do! Here’s a few that I can remember!
