Channels that were TVGO suddenly changed to IN HOME while I'm on vacation in FL

In FL while streaming my TV back in MA, everything was great for 10 days.  After that my Favorites retained their TV GO status, but all other channels have reverted to IN HOME status and, as such, are currently unavailable to me.  I was on the phone with Xfinity for over an hour but couldn't get past the people who answered the phone to a supervisor or a tech.  They'll call me back tomorrow AM, so , hopefully, I can speak with someone higher up the food chain. Thank goodness I designated my Favorite channels before this happened.
