Channel 3281 MediaSet is not in my listing in Stream.

Over the past several months, I experienced problems with these channels. The only solution was to cancel the subscription and then reactivate it. I had to do this three times. The issue now appears to be resolved on my TV DVR. I can watch both channels and record programs without any problems.

However, I am still experiencing an issue with Xfinity Stream on my computer. In the channel listings, I can only add channel 3280 (Rai) to my favorites. Channel 3281 (Mediaset) does not appear as an available channel that I can add to my favorites or use to schedule recordings.

If I search for channel 3281 directly, I can watch the current program, but I cannot add the channel to my favorites as I have done on my DVR. Because of this, I cannot select future Mediaset programs to record through Stream.

I suspect this may be a server-side account provisioning issue that is beyond the scope of local Xfinity technical support. For reference, I am on a bulk services contract.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or can someone from Xfinity check whether channel 3281 is properly enabled in my Stream account?
