Please send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help. You can do this by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of their screen and send a message to the shared handle "Xfinity Support"
Could very well be your new TV model doesn't have an app yet in the app store. The device model/specifics is probably sent along with the search in the App Store, which finds no app matching your model/specifics.

As @jav6joev & @CCAndrew mentioned, this is most likely that the app has not yet been made available. We still have the Xfintiy Stream app through the play store and this is available for most smart TV’s. I am not certain on when we could estimate this being added but as a helpful suggestion in the meantime, you may try the Xfintiy Stream app on a Roku device. This will allow you to watch your favorite shows through your new TV’s.
