Having the same issue with Disney+ in the bundle subscription. Disney+ is not connecting to my xfinity account. Visited xfinity store and they weren't about to log-in either. Suggested I contact Disney. Spoke with customer service at Disney who could not resolve the issue. They recommended contacting xfinity...again. What is the workaround?
