Having the same issue with Disney+ in the bundle subscription. Disney+ is not connecting to my xfinity account. Visited xfinity store and they weren't about to log-in either. Suggested I contact Disney.  Spoke with customer service at Disney who could not resolve the issue. They recommended contacting xfinity...again. What is the workaround?

@JimmyGeee Hello! Thank you for reaching out, I would like to look into this for you. Do you already have an existing Disney+ Subscription, have you tried activating through the activation email that would have been sent to you?
