I can understand wanting to simplify your services or remove a streaming package you no longer use. If you're looking to cancel a streaming add-on such as StreamSaver, you may be able to do so online without needing to contact support.
Visit the Xfinity StreamStore and sign in using your Xfinity ID. Once logged in, you can click Manage, find the streaming service you wish to cancel and click Remove Bundle next to it, then click Continue. Your StreamSaver subscription should now be canceled and will not renew. You will lose access to your streaming service once the transaction completes.
When you return to the Xfinity StreamStore page, you will see the applicable StreamSaver was removed from your cart. You can add it back at any time by clicking Select.
If you don't see an option to manage or remove the service online, let us know which streaming package you're trying to cancel, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
