@XfinityKyla​ I have Uninstaller and reinstalled both app and reset the roku

Okay, got it; thank you for that update! Have you been able to confirm that there are no updates needed, for the Beta Streaming app, for the Roku itself? If not, can you check to see within the app settings, if an update is showing to be available? Thank you in advance, and I look forward to getting to the bottom of this with you!
