App freezing

My app keeps freezing I have tried deleting and reloading app and same thing. My other apps work fine Netflix, Hulu, Disney,  Amazon Prime. I am watching on an Fire Stick.

Hi, I have the same problem. I was using this application for years but 1 week ago it stop working. Deleted the application, restarted the router/wi-fi, clean the cache etc etc 20 times. Being in contact with the so call technical service ( they basically had no idea on how to solve the issue…)

Each time I have called Xfinity ( at least 5 times) they constantly asked me the same very basic question: your IOS version, application version, delete and reinstall the application etc….it is like the Groundhog Day movie !! Can somebody fix this damm application asap ??!!

Hello @user_b62b14. I know that you mentioned that the other apps like Netflix are working fine. Just out of curiosity, have you tried your Fire Stick with other devices yet. I had a similar issue. My Fire Stick was working perfectly on the TV in one bedroom, but when I moved the Fire Stick to a different TV in another room, the Xfinity Stream wouldn't do anything.
