This is ridiculous, and they show in my account that services are working perfectly? I don't think so(

I suddenly lost my ability to watch MSNBC, CNBC, CNN - I get a text box saying I have to subscribe. I have been paying for these channels for 3+ years!

user_q7133v Hello! We recommend attempting these steps if you are still experiencing the issue of being told you need to subscribe to channels:

Xfinity TV Box:
Press the A button on your remote control to access the Help menu.
Press the OK button to select the Restart tile.
Press the OK button again to select Restart.
It may take a few moments for the TV Box to restart.

If you use the Xfinity Stream App, we will need to initiate a refresh on our end and we would need to bring you into a DM.
