Activating Netflix and Apple TV through Streamsaver

After adding Streamsaver to my subscription, I did not receive an email to activate Netflix or Apple TV, only Peacock. However, when I go to Xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, there is an activate button next to Apple TV and nothing next to Netflix. If I try to activate my Apple TV account it opens the app only to say "Cannot Connect" - however, it is not an internet connectivity problem. As for Netflix, there is not even an option to try to activate it, and no, it has not automatically activated it either.

user_rk4pd1 Are you attempting to log in via your X1 cable box or our Xfinity Stream app? Have you attempted on a different device?
