Your app is atrocious

Your streaming app never works to the point I have to just take the cable box from room to room in order to have TV. I am telling everyone to go Verizon. You may pay more, but your products will work. I've been loyal for over a decade but you guys just dont care

Thank you for meeting us here in our community about your Streaming app, @user_jlfb1c. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Xfinity Stream app. The point of the app is to be convenient for you and available on multiple devices for ease of use. One option is to get you additional cable boxes, but I would like to troubleshoot your app. Can you tell me if it has ever worked properly for you? If so, when did the issues begin? Do you get an error or message, or what does the app do when it doesn't work?

Well it is not convenient at all just a headache. It freezes constantly if it ever actually boots up and even then the picture quality is terrible and its right beside the internet router. I bet the answer is to buy more boxes giving you more money for a product that should work as advertised so I wont be doing that. The picture quality with the box isn't even great. Im 33 and my family has been with comcat/xfinity since I was 12 and I always felt you guys were the best and now I feel the switch is needed. Im paying $150+ a month and your solution is more boxes? Not what a costumer wants to hear.

I bet the answer is to buy more product from you making you more money instead of the $150+ I spend month for your product that isn't working as advertised. Not what a costumer wants to here. Im 33 and been with Comcast/xfinity in my family since I was 12. I think its time change when getting more boxes is your answer. The picture quality with tv i have the box on isn't great either. Overall a poor experience.

I have to sign in every other day on the app that’s in my Apple 4K box. Why is that??
