Xumo Peacock Subtitles issue
We have Xumo and when we are watching Peacock we cannot remove the subtitles. I have read every other forum on here and have tried all of the suggestions. NOTHING IS WORKING. Subtitles are set to ‘off’ within Peacock. And even if I wanted the subtitles, there is a 30 second delay, insanity. When is Xfinity going to actually fix this problem??

Hi @user_9zenc7, thank you for taking the time to create an official post. As a fan of subtitles on some shows, and quite the opposite on others I certainly understand the importance of proper subtitle choice for accessibility. Would you be able to share the troubleshooting steps you have taken thus far? This will help us determine the best way to get this issue resolved.
