Xfinity Streaming not working on my Apple TV
I am a current Xfinity customer. I have a working Xfinity router with Internet Service and Xfinity Cable TV Services. They are all working fine. I have the Xfinity Stream app for my iPhone working just fine. The Xfinity Stream app works on my laptop.
Xfinity Stream is not working on my Apple TV. The Apple TV is model 4K / A2169 (32 GB) tvOS 26.3, I downloaded the Xfinity Stream app from the Apple TV Store.
I sign in either way by the URL and Activation code or with the QR code and get the same results again and again. I have attempted this over several months and get eh same results. With this message:
"Something Went Wrong. We're sorry, something unexpected happened. Please try again."
Help please.

Thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forum @cdkile and letting us know about the experience you've been having. It certainly sounds like you've had a very frustrating experience trying to use your Xfinity Streaming app on your Apple TV.
There are a few troubleshooting steps we would like you to try (if you already haven't done so) in order to see if we can clear this problem for you:
Please make sure you restart your Xfinity modem just before trying these steps.
When you have the error on the screen, force quit the app using your remote and then restart the Apple TV device in the settings menu, under system by selecting restart. Then try the app again.
If that fails, please uninstall the Xfinity Streaming app from your Apple TV, restart the device, and then re-install the app.
