Xfinity streaming app

I’m still waiting to see how I can regain access to all channels provided by the Xfinity streaming app.  I followed all the recommendations you previously offered plus purchased a new Firestick (even though my old one was only a 2020 version).  I am still only able to access Sky News, Chefdar News, Tastemade and Stingray music channels when before I had access to all channels on the app.  
Seems to me this is definitely an app issue.  I would appreciate your assistance with this issue so I can enjoy the services again.  Thank you

Hi, are you able to view other channels on the app on a different device?

I have 3 Firesticks and all 3 lost channels after being reinstalled.  I did the uninstall reinstall after communicating with a Xfinity rep on the phone and in the community forum

Thanks for doing what you can from home. Let's take a look at your account together.

 

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3U74YeA
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it

I’m confused as to how what you sent had anything to do with restoring channels on the Xfinity Streaming app
