Xfinity Streaming App not working on Roku
Today, I tried to use my Xfinity Streaming app. I use it daily to watch some of my favorite shows, weather, news, etc. however when I tried to boot up the App it began "initializing" then it returned me back to the Main Menu. I checked the XS app if it had any updates, it was up-to-date. I tried restarting the entire Roku / TV, unfortunately no fix. I checked if my connection was connected, stable and all other concurrent Apps were working properly.
Please help or refer to me what steps I need to take to fix.
