xfinity stream only showing purchases

when I log into my Xfinity stream app, it only shows my purchases, which is one episode of a show, but it has never done this before. I’ve logged in and out and reinstalled the app and still no change. It’s happened now on another TV in my house but works on my app and another TV. I recently hooked up a Roku express 4K plus system to my Samsung TV

user_0rbeyo thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out. I understand that you are only able to see your purchases on the app currently. Is the issue at hand that you are trying to access other episodes of the same show or something else entirely?

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_c38uye! There was a known issue impacting some customers using the stream app on Smart TVs. For troubleshooting purposes, please:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Delete the app on your device.
  3. Reinstall the app.
  4. Sign back in to the app.
