Xfinity Stream on Roku

I have tried everything here. I called customer service. I removed the app, unplugged the app for 10 minutes and added the app again. They told me that it would fix itself somehow during the hour following my call…nothing is working. This error 500 has happened multiple times…yet I’m streaming on my computer as we speak. This is truly a pain.
