Xfinity stream on new Samsung SDI-0001 error
Hi. I just bought a new Samsung smart tv. All apps like Netflix, Apple TV, etc. downloaded without issue. However, Xfinity stream is giving me a problem. From the beginning, it gave me error SDI – 0001
the app downloads and installs but when you try to use it, it gives this error code every time. I have looked all over the Internet and on these forums as well and have tried just about every method I’ve been able to find. I’ve done a hard restart on the TV. I have reset the Smart hub, I have reset the router, I have deleted the app. Forget the network get back on the network and reinstall the app, I have connected the TV to the hotspot on my phone to roll out any home Wi-Fi settings issues, I am really at a loss for what to do.
Can someone please help!?!
