Xfinity stream on iPad - have sound but picture freezes
I can’t play anything on the xfinity stream app on my iPad. I have sound but the picture freezes within a minute and doesn’t play but the sound continues as if I was watching the program. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but still have the same issue. Any advice?

Please send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help. I have the same issue as it appears a lot of people do. I see the problem posted all the time and all xfinity answers is we will look into. I am ready to change.

There is no fix and Xfinity doesn’t appear to care. I cancelled my TV service with them and moved to only internet which works great. I recommend going into the store to get the best deal. The agents on the phone are less than helpful. Then you should subscribe to the various streaming tv services like Hulu live, YouTube live and even directv has a streaming app now. I have Hulu live with a cloud DVR and have zero issues. Totally worth it.
