Xfinity Stream error TVAPP-00148
I cannot use the newest release of the Xfinity Stream app on my Samsung TV. This release is causing an error for ALL live channels which prevents them from being able to play and gives an error of TVAPP-00148. I know this has been reported before and your response was that your 'engineers' (what a joke) are working on it.
1 - where is the quality control and testing for this app prior to it being forced on the users?
2 - Rather than making us not be able to use the Xfinity Stream app why do you not just restore the prior version?
3 - Can your so called engineers kindly perform some quality testing before they force their broken code on the end users?
I work on technical projects as a TRUE Engineer (Technical Architect actually). My clients would demand that I resolve a problem such as this within 24 hours or less IF I ever caused a problem like this.
