Greetings, @Kgildy! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Xfinity Stream app, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Our engineering team is currently working to investigate what is causing this issue, but we don't currently have an ETA or workaround available at this time. If you have any other eligible devices in the home that are not Samsung, I would recommend giving those a try to see if you can watch content until this has been resolved.
