Xfinity stream beta Roku HD channels not showing up
I usually am able to find the HD channels on roku by searching the name of the channel I want and going to around the 700s. This lets me watch full screen on roku.
The past few days this option is gone. I am only able to get SD channels which makes the picture very small on my TV. When I search the HD channels in the 700s don't even show up. I just checked to see if I still have HD channels and I do so... What could be happening? I also just checked to see if my app is up to date which it is. Any ideas?

look at your most recent bill and find the line that says HD technology fee. does it show $10 or 0.00?

check your actual bill again or the online version. X1 (if you have HD service) has a monthly HD technology charge of $10 or if your package already includes HD has a line that says HD technology fee $0.00. you can call 800-Comcast and ask for billing and ask the agent to verify you have HD service.
