Xfinity Stream App

My stream app stopped working.  I have the latest IOS update uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  When the app prompts you to sign in it continues to say "Something went wrong" Try again later

Since you're getting the "Something went wrong" message even after reinstalling and updating iOS, here are a few things to try that often help clear this up:
  1. Double-check your WiFi or mobile data connection
    Try switching between WiFi and cellular to see if one works better — sometimes a network issue can trigger that error.

  2. Clear Safari cookies and website data
    Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, then relaunch the app. The Stream app uses Safari to handle some login sessions in the background, so this can help.

  3. Restart your device
    A full reboot can sometimes reset stuck login tokens or app glitches.

  4. Log in from a browser first
    Try logging in to xfinity.com/stream in Safari on the same device. If it works there, that can help refresh the session and sometimes kick the app back into gear.
