Xfinity stream app

I cant get the xfinity stream app to work on any of my devices. And yes I'm connected to my xfinity internet

Same issue. The only live TV I ever watch is NFL football. Figures this would happen opening weeked.

Same issue here. Trying to use my pc to stream online. I've tried multiple browsers, reset my router, rebooted my pc, cleared my cache, flushed my DNS... nothing. Keep getting TVAPP-00100 error.

Same here, app not working on any of my tvs and or devices. Finally sat down to watch my favorite team with a plate of food and all I keep getting are error code;500

Same issue. Still not working. Can’t get a real person on the phone. Week 1 of NFL season, no less. Typical Xfinity reliability.

Since this post have you regained access to your program in the Xfinity Stream App or at xfinty.com/stream?

@user_0ef279 Thanks for letting us know you're having an issue with our Xfinity Stream App. Can you tell us more about what's going on? Is it frozen, does it fail to launch, are you getting any error messages?
