Xfinity Stream app volume errors

The volume in the Xfinity Stream app randomly gets louder or softer, becomes distorted, or gets out of sync with the video. This happens every time we watch and has been happening for months. 

I’m hoping someone can help, though I see many others have had this same problem with no solution other than to wait for Xfinity to release a fix.

Thank you for the information on the device. This is a known issue with the Roku at this time. We continue to work on an intermittent issue that may be affecting the sound quality for some customers when watching programming through the Xfinity Stream app on Roku devices. You can continue enjoying the content using Xfinity Stream, online and through the app, on a compatible non-Roku streaming device, where sound quality should not be affected. We appreciate your patience while we work to get this resolved.
