Xfinity Stream app on iPad OS 26.3.1.(a) will not delete watched shows

When I selected yes to delete the show it says it has been deleted, but in the recorded lists the show is still there and displays a random number of minutes left to be watched.

I see that you are having issues with our Xfinity Stream app, and we are here to work on this together. Have you attempted to uninstall the app and redownload it to see if this issue still occurs with the deleted shows?

I did uninstall the app and redownloaded it and I still have the problem. I have also upgraded my iOS to 26.4 and still have the issue. The only places I can delete the shows are from a PC logged into xfinity stream or on my DVR box.

Thanks for confirming those steps were taken. Do you have another device running iOS that you can test deleting a show?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Unable to delete shows that I have watched in the stream app. Have deleted the app and downloaded again and still can’t delete the shows. Has been happen in since last Friday.
