Xfinity stream app not working
I have a Sony Bravo TV and a Roku Ultra 4660X. Up until I changed my modem, my Stream app was working fine. Now it will only show my purchases. It is connected to my home internet, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have logged out of the app and logged back in and my account is current. Why is it no longer working? I have Xfinity internet at the 1gb speed.

Hey there, @Magaere, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity Stream app. I can understand how frustrating it would be to have the Stream app stop showing your regular channels right after changing your modem, especially after everything you've already tried. When you open the Xfinity Stream app on your Roku, does it give you any specific error message or code when you try to access Live TV or the channel guide?
