Xfinity stream app not working

App not working kicking me back to home screen every time I click on it, I've tried everything, restart, deleting, factory reset, checked connection. Any suggestions

Since this is happening on the app, can you provide more details as to which type of device you are attempting to stream on when you receive this error? This xfinity streaming stop working even when I am connected to my network. Can someone please help me with this.
